Seeberger puts e-fast charging stations into operation<\/h1>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Together with SWU Energie, we recently set up an energy park in the parking lot of the <\/span>Seeberger Genusswelt<\/a> two fast-charging stations for electric vehicles were put into operation in the Donautal industrial estate. The so-called DC columns with four charging points are supplied with natural electricity by SWU and supported by the photovoltaic system on the roofs of our buildings. They charge more than 6 times faster than conventional AC charging points and can therefore charge around 100 km of range in less than 10 minutes.<\/span>\n\n

<\/header>Anyone who wants to enjoy aromatic coffee and tea specialties as well as handmade cakes, fresh bagels or a variety of salads in the Seeberger Genusswelt can now conveniently charge their electric vehicle while doing so. The two fast-charging stations, which are open to the public, can simultaneously supply four cars with natural electricity from SWU.[\/vc_column_text]

It is also a practical round-the-clock option for anyone else who works in the Danube Valley or is traveling there on business. At the same time, we are setting an example for the regional expansion of charging facilities. In addition to purchasing green electricity from SWU for the entire site in Hans-Lorenser-Stra\u00dfe since 2014, we are thus making a further contribution to the energy transition.\n\nAs part of Seeberger’s climate protection strategy<\/a>, we have been electrifying our company car fleet vehicle by vehicle since 2019 – with the aim of switching to e-cars where it makes sense (keyword: range and availability).\n\nFrom late spring 2022, a new type of charging infrastructure for these company vehicles will also be connected to the grid.
