There was great interest in the first Seeberg Health Day. Around 170 employees accepted the invitation and found a colorful mix of tests and offers.
Together with AOK Baden-Württemberg, the first Health Day was held at Seeberger GmbH on 22.05.2018. Here, our employees were able to visit various stands on different topics.
The AOK’s Biozoom and Neck-Check tests attracted many employees. At the Biozoom, you could find out how good your own defenses are by measuring your antioxidant level on your hand and then receive valuable tips on how to strengthen them. The neck check assesses the mobility of the cervical spine. After the measurement, you also received advice and exercises for everyday life.
Our company doctor’s advice on the “complete blood count” and our other health services was also very popular. The presentations on stress prevention with valuable tips for the home and the ergonomics consultation were very well attended. The AOK Baden-Württemberg consultants were delighted with the positive response and the lively participation!
Fun was provided on the one hand by an AOK time stopper, where you could test your sense of time, and on the other hand by the information table about our Seeberger Family offers, including a competition.
All in all, it can be said that our first Seeberger Health Day was a complete success and we would like to build on the findings of this day.
