Seeberger was named “Company of the Year 2022”

Seeberger was awarded the Deutschlandtest “Company of the Year 2022” seal. The study and the award winners were presented in a detailed report in the 15.01.2022 issue of “FOCUS Money” magazine.

Since the beginning of 2020, the global economy has been characterized by great uncertainty due to the coronavirus pandemic. The resulting shocks will make a new start necessary for many companies in 2022. The companies best suited for this new start will be those that have already mastered the difficult times during the pandemic best in various areas. The “Company of the Year 2022” study therefore honors those companies that performed particularly well in the “Award Winner 2021”, “Highest Trust 2021”, “Customer Favourites 2021” and “Germany’s Best – Sustainability 2021” studies.

The “Company of the Year 2022” study is a meta-study and is based on the previously published studies “Award Winner 2021”, “Highest Trust 2021”, “Customer Favorites 2021” and “Germany’s Best – Sustainability 2021”. These studies are in turn based on the technique of social listening. The topics of the studies included here can be found below.

Themes and dimensions of the individual studies:

  • Price-performance
    Statements on the price-performance ratio and overall impression (visibility and tonality).
  • Customer confidence
    Statements that contribute to the credibility of companies and brands (reliability, recommendation, trust and quality).
  • Service quality
    Statements on service, quality and value for money as well as overall impression, emojis used and likes set.
  • Sustainability
    not only environmental sustainability, but also economic and social sustainability.

It was not enough to excel in one subject area alone. Each of the dimensions considered is important for measuring overall performance. The measurement of performance was based 25% each on the dimensions of value for money, customer trust, service quality and sustainability. We are therefore particularly pleased that Seeberger performed so well in all dimensions and see this as confirmation that we are on the right track.

For the studies on which this meta-study is based, several million mentions of the approximately 21,000 companies were identified and assigned for the study period from January 1, 2020 to August 31, 2021. All in all, a very robust database for this study.
