After being named “Company of the Year 2022”, the next top-class award is not long in coming. Seeberger has been named “Brand of the Century” for the 4th time, making it synonymous with the “trail mix” product category.
The expert jury of the Zeit publishing group and publisher Dr. Florian Langenscheidt publishes the “German Standards” every three years, thus regularly drawing an up-to-date picture of successful German brands. With the anniversary edition “German Standards – Brands of the Century 2022”, ZEIT Verlag presents an illustrated book with over 200 brands, from “Abus” and “Persil” to “Zwiesel Glas”. And Seeberger!

The “Brand of the Century” award is a meaningful distinction: the expert jury selects German brands that characterize and represent their genre.
Inclusion in the “Who’s Who” of German brands is primarily reserved for traditional companies with unique selling points. Various factors, such as the high level of brand awareness, great entrepreneurial commitment, innovative strength, local ties and international orientation have made an impression on consumers over the decades. “The ‘Brands of the Century’ have a unique history and have earned the trust of their customers, in some cases over decades. We like to honor these successful brands and tell their stories,” says Kai Wutte, Managing Director of TEMPUS CORPORATE GmbH, which produced the brand book and designed the digital strategy.
The “Brands of the Century” celebrated their book premiere in Berlin on February 10, 2022. Since the beginning of 2018, the “German Standards” have been published under the umbrella of the ZEIT publishing group.
