LIGHTHOUSE PROJECT IN THE REGION
More and more people are being confronted with the term “care”. A care case in the family often comes overnight and turns everything upside down. One of the many challenges can be reconciling work and care. Therefore, in cooperation with the company Uzin Utz and the Keppler Foundation, we have developed a multifaceted concept that has never been seen before in this region!
This is made up of internal and external services, such as an information event for our employees, internal and external contacts for each individual case and a day care place that is available to our employees in a timely manner.
We are pleased about our new Seeberger Family offer on the subject of care and to be a partner to our employees as an employer through these measures. Because the balance between work, family and leisure time is very important to us!
