Declaration on accessibility
Seeberger GmbH endeavors to make its website accessible in accordance with the applicable legal provisions – in particular the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG).
This declaration on accessibility applies to the version of the website gruppe.seeberger.de currently available on the Internet and refers to the status as of March 14, 2025.
Status of compatibility with the requirements
The accessibility of the website is currently being comprehensively reviewed and gradually optimized. Our aim is to meet the requirements of the WCAG standard (version 2.1 AA). Planned measures to improve accessibility will be implemented in the coming months; the results of the review will be published here.
Which areas are currently not barrier-free?
As we are currently conducting an ongoing review in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria, any existing barriers will only be documented in detail once the analysis has been completed. We are currently aware that the following aspects still need to be optimized:
- Alternative texts for some images
- Keyboard operability in individual form areas

Enforcement and arbitration proceedings
If your feedback does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you have the option of contacting the following office within the framework of the applicable regulations:
Responsible market surveillance
When the Barrier-Free Strengthening Act (BFSG) comes into force on June 28, 2025, the relevant state authorities (market surveillance authorities) will be the point of contact for companies in the private sector (such as Seeberger). For Baden-Württemberg, this is likely to be with the responsible ministry or a subordinate regional council. As soon as the specific office has been finalized, we will add this information here.
Arbitration body in accordance with Section 16 BGG
Irrespective of this, you can contact the BGG arbitration body at the Federal Government Commissioner for Matters relating to Persons with Disabilities in the event of conflicts concerning accessibility:
