New colleagues are very welcome to join the “Seeberger family”! We have been organizing the “Seeberger Welcome Day” for years to get things off to a good start. This was launched at the beginning of December with a new edition and an expanded program.
The aim of Welcome Day 2.0 is to bring Seeberger to life as an employer and to connect all new colleagues directly with each other. On the first day of each month, colleagues from different areas, activities and locations meet at our Seeberger Genusswelt in Ulm.
After a welcome by a member of the management and our HR Business Partners, key facts about the Seeberger Group are shared and organizational matters are dealt with.
Under the motto “Experience Seeberger”, there is a changing training program as a highlight: a barista course in our training room, making roasted almonds in our cooking school or a sensory tasting. Finally, there is an informative tour of the company to get to know the different areas and processes.
There is no shortage of enjoyment: breakfast at our “Black Bar”, a coffee in between and freshly prepared meals for lunch in our staff restaurant.
