Linseed is one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world and not only impresses thanks to its special nutrient profile. Its healing properties were also valued in the past. The very special pure linseed grains are a treat when raw, but can also be softened in water or ground. They are delicious in muesli and porridge and make a lovely addition to home-baked bread.
